Steve Calveley

Steve has worked as a training consultant for the last 10 years. His particular expertise being presentation and communication skills and how we interact with each other. Steve specialises in the push and pull skills of rapport building, verbal and non-verbal communication, coaching, assertiveness, negotiating and influencing.

Having trained all levels of people in public speaking, presenting and vocal technique Steve is equally at home working with absolute beginners to help them overcome their fear, take control of their nerves and build up their confidence as he is with highly experienced presenters, helping them to fine tune their presentation delivery technique. He excels at delivering dynamic presentation skills either on a one to one basis or in a group scenario.

For success in today's business environment Steve provides a unique and enjoyable learning experience with his training events which serve to enhance essential communication and interpersonal skills.

As well as being an experienced trainer and a successful public speaking coach, Steve is also a trained actor. He studied voice production for three years at the Barbican in London and has worked with the head of voice from the Royal National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Steve brings with him over 15 years of training and theatre experience to his workshops and one to one coaching sessions.

Steve is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified and a member of the British Actors Equity Association.

Robert Arthur

For the past 12 years, Robert has developed a wealth of experience in management development. His particular expertise lies in the field of coaching, mentoring and facilitation, and Robert has travelled extensively throughout the UK and Scotland life coaching with great success. His passion is facilitating real change and addressing performance issues both at a team and individual level. As a training consultant and training manager in the banking and travel sectors, he applies this experience throughout his workshops, allowing delegates to relate to the issues being discussed. His relaxed style and use of accelerated learning techniques give delegates a thoroughly enjoyable and productive experience.

Robert has extensive knowledge and experience of management development, change management, leadership skills, motivational technique and project management.

Equally at home with large groups or on a individual basis. Robert is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified.

John Wilson

An experienced Business and Management Consultant, John is a very experienced and respected Manager with over 30 years of achievement in handling practical business and people problems. He has 12 years senior management experience, and has led various sized teams (up to 2000 in geographically dispersed locations) in both performance and project domains. With a strong public sector background, John is considered as having a "human" touch, causing people to seek him out and confide in him. He also has a keen and analytical mind used over the years to address both operational and personal issues, producing business focussed outcomes. A passionate advocate of the quality approach to business with a strong customer service focus, John sees the future in enhancing the skills and confidence of the business workforce resulting in delighted customers and an improved bottom line.

John's skills traverse the whole spectrum of management and HR issues. He advises on leadership, business and strategic planning, management of change, problem solving and is available for mentoring or coaching either on a one to one basis or with small groups. He also advises on recruitment, selection issues, pay and reward systems and quality initiatives.
